a) How's this the same thing?
b.1) Drag with the left mouse button while holding down the Alt key.
b.2) Select the application in the window list in the panel and
select "maximise"
b.3) Press Alt+F3 and select either move or maximise
Now, surely you could have been expected to find at least *one* of
those solutions... (Unmaximised windows may be dragged outside the
area of the desktop, so this likely isn't even a proper bug!)
