Really? Are you sure? I don't see why lame would be needed to descend into
the Ogg Vorbis virtual directory. I was thinking that the behaviour was
probably something to do with kio slaves, although I freely admit that I
really have no clue how this stuff works under the covers. Anyway, to
answer your question: yes, lame is installed.
