using gnome-keyring in KDE

Hi

I'd like to try and use gnome-keyring in kde so that kde remembers ssh 
passwords (it wouldn't work with kwallet and ksshaskpass works only for 
ssh sessions based on keys)...

any help please?

running gnome-keyring-daemon in a kde terminal does not help...

or any other solution to make kde cache ssh passwords?
