Pulseaudio on Maverick 10.10

Mainly because I was reasonably happy with the 10.04's audio setup. I
don't want to ruin an other evening's recording with some more buggy
software. I should have upgraded only one of my audio workstations and
test the software. That's a lesson learned. I'm going to keep my
laptop on 10.10 and attempt to fix the audio recording on that and
move the desktop DAW back to its working state.

All because I wanted more upto date versions of Ardour etc... Anyway...
