HTML preview plasmoid?

1. Finding a particular plasmoid seems to be very difficult (running lucid
here). Is there some sort of sensible list that enables one just to read
all the descriptions and find the one one wants?

2. I'm looking for a plasmoid that does the following:
  every N (configurable) minutes grab a particular remote page (actually a
PHP script, but that shouldn't matter) and render the result.

It's quite possible (indeed I would expect it to be true) that a plasmoid
meeting #2 is installed, but because of #1 I have no idea which of the ~100
installed plasmoids it might be.
