Well, my kde desktop has a light blue background color with some bubbles
etc as decoration, and the text under each icon is black with a small
white background color around each icon's text.
I want my kde desktop background color to be clean white with the text
under each of the icons to be clean black.
Possibly these icons are called widgets?.
