How to get a white background and black text on lucid 10.04 kde desktop

Right click on the desktop, choose "activity settings", In the "Type"
drop down box select color to what ever you want. You can change the
text color from System Settings->Look->Colors. I don't know the exact
English translation but you should understand what I mean.
