Upgrade to 10.04 broke wireless.

I just fixed this problem on my machine. I had 9.10 installed with
wicd. When I upgraded to 10.04 in installed the other wifi
networkmanager on top of wicd and they fought and gave me this error.
I uninstalled the other and now all is fine.
