Almost.
apt-get has Super Cow Powers but aptitude hasn't.

Just try:
apt-get --help | tail -n 1
apt-get moo
aptitude --help | tail -n 1
aptitude moo
aptitude -v moo
aptitude -vv moo
aptitude -vvv moo
...

It's supposed to be a reference to Le Petit Prince.
