Ctrl-Tab should switch tabs in Dolphin

Oh no, this place is the place for that particular question. Nevermind 
the overzealous moderators. When on earth did kubuntu-users become the 
technical support list for Kubuntu? Ubuntu-users being like that was bad 
enough already and now kubuntu-users?
