problem with usb hard disk

Hi,

I have an external usb hard Disk.
When I have Kubuntu 9.04 I don't have any problem with I boot Kubuntu,
because the hard Disk automount inmediately. But now, with Karmic, I boot
Kubuntu and doesn't automount inmediately, I must wait about 20 or 30
seconds  to automount the hard disk?

Could you help me?
