Ctrl-Tab should switch tabs in Dolphin

Huh?? Dotan has done a heckuva service on this list. Part of technical
assistance is the relationship / dialog between the "purveyor" and the
"client". It's the give and take, back and forth, that eventually leads
to the "Right Thing", which is the Ultimate Geek Imperative. (the UGI) 

Plenty of us beef and moan when devel doesn't appear to listen to us
users. We've finally got one that tells us how he thinks. He also
listens, which Dotan has proved in the past. I'd rather he be
assertively human, with his goals and an eye towards his relationship
with us, and not be a trained script seal that barfs answers to tech
