Ctrl-Tab should switch tabs in Dolphin

+1  While I disagree with Dotan that Dolphin shortcut should be changed 
(what I like about kde is that it is very configurable and tweakable), 
and I even disagree with him that a bug report should be filed for it, I 
think he has a right to file a bug report and it is a-okay to bring this 
up in this list. (where we can all trash him :) )

Perhaps it is better to ask our opinions before filing the bug report, 
even if he doesn't have to?
