Ctrl-Tab should switch tabs in Dolphin

I agreed with Chris that the OP should have been worded as "please let
me know what your opinion is" rather than "speak up if you agree with
the proposal". I stress that my intention was not to drum up, but
rather to hear varying opinions. And I value your (and Chris') opinion
that the feature should not be implemented, just as I value those
opinions in favour. If all I wanted were for people to agree with me,
then I would post anti-Microsoft FUD on slashdot all day.
