Ctrl-Tab should switch tabs in Dolphin

I think a bug report (or perhaps better named a feature request) was just fine. What I object to is posting notification of his report to this list as I see no reason for that. If people agree they will find their own way to the report.

Does Dotan plan on announcing all feature requests here, or just his own person favourites ?
