no terminal in Kate

The menu View → Tool Views only contains two entries—one for showing the 
navigation area and one for showing documents. Nothing about terminals. :-(

Earlier versions of Kate used to have such a “Terminal” button (actually more 
like a tab) below the text. The Kate I use doesn’t have it anymore. :-( 

I use Karmic with KDE 4.3.2, by the way.
