Files for KOrganizer ToDos & Calendar ... - missing filters, colors ; jor

As Perry wrote, ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics only holds the 
calendar items. Config files are stored in ~/.kde/share/config. 
Korganizer may also store additional configuration in 
~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/, I don't know about that.
