Hp Printing problem, Cups filters missing

Hi all:
I was having a problem with the Kubuntu installed hplip software. I could not 
get the Gui tool box to open. So I deleted all the hplip packages and download 
the latest from HP. Now I have the tool box, but can not print, the complaint 
is cups missing filters. I have a HP OfficeJet J4550 printer. Can anyone help me 
find the missing filters?

It said Use Windows XP or better, so I installed OpenSUSE 11.0
