Kubuntu 10.04 will be LTS but it is ready for that

There is some functionality loss with some KDE components, namely
Kaddressbook, but LTS refers to _maintainability_ (and to a lesser
degree stability as well), but not to features. By that standard, KDE
4.4 is fine for an LTS release.
