problem converting to ext3 file system

Ok
If you want dual boot:
  - with Gparted, you resize NTFS partition to make enough free room
on your disk to install Kubuntu (15Gb or more)
  - with Kubuntu CD, install and choose to used free space
If you want Kubuntu only
  - don't need Gparted
  - with Kubuntu CD, install and choose to used the full drive
