First check to make sure its installed, then look in "/etc/unit.d" for the
bluez start/stop script. If its there try to restart it by running "./bluez
restart" (or whatever the blue* script is called).

I'm trying to get bluetooth running on my 9.10 installation of Kubuntu.
I get an error message saying that bluez isn't running. How can I
straighten out this problem? I guess I need to know how to start bluez.
