Activities/desktops move

I had on my laptop 4 desktops -- each with different wallpaper and activities.  
Each was numbered from 1 to 4.

After the 4.5 upgrade suddenly desktop 4 was completely deleted and replaced 
with desktop 1. The new desktop 1 was like new -- with the default wallpaper 
and no widgets (empty). 

What I want now is to move desktop 4 to his previous position being desktop 1,  
but I don't have the zoom out function on the cashew button (top-right of the 
screen) that previously allowed me to do that.  How can I do that now with 
4.5?
