At the cli level, there are iptables and Ubuntu's ufw, both installed
by default.

At the gui level, there are gufw (graphical interface for ufw),
firestarter, and fwbuilder (which is QT based), the latter two might
be out of date because they haven't been updated in a long time (their
list of bogons might be incorrect for example).
