10.04.1 is the first maintenance release of Lucid. If you install using the 
10.04 cd and then upgrade, you'll have the same result.

But upgrading is another download. Why not use what you have now and still get 
the 10.04.1 cd?

Here's how to do it. Start in the directory where you downloaded the cd:
$ mv kubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso kubuntu-10.04.1-desktop-i386.iso
$ zsync http://releases.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/lucid/kubuntu-10.04.1-desktop-
i386.iso.zsync
