Firefox Karmic freezing

I think it is a plugin problem. This was happening to me very often with 
flash and mainly with java.
After the last updates, flash does not cause me problems anymore. 
However, the icedtea plugin is VERY, VERY unstable. Problem solved 
replacing it with Sun's plugin.
