probably a something is was mis-packaged, or perhaps the missing dep hasn't 
been uploaded yet.

This is a common occurrence in the development versions, sometimes daily. 
Usually you just have to wait for it to resolve, or in this case, suffer from 
some missing audio/video support from k3b for a bit

I am not sure much about version numbers, but I think the number after the ":" 
is the true version number, but that sure doesn't make it any clearer to me :(
