Setting up network printer

Dear all,

I was trying to set-up a network printer unsuccessfully. From the System 
Setting --> Printer Configuration --> New Printer -->New Network Printer.

It seems that the system attaches the printer, but cannot print test page nor 
anything else. 

The printer is connected to the network and has its own IP. Other PCs (with 
different OS can use it fine).

Any help? Thanks.
