Kmail in Kubuntu 9.04: how to find or to install the 'Kmail Handbook'?

Hello everybody

Both the welcome screen and the help menu of KMAIL mention the
existence of 'documentation' or 'Kmail handbook'.. When clicking at
both links I and up at this URL, via Konqueror:
help:/kmail/index.html
But the only thing I can read at this page is this phrase:
"There is no documentation available for /kmail/index.html."
Also when clicking at other help-items, I get similar results.
Do I need to install some extra package to get the help documentation
at my hard disk? Or could you advise anything else to get access to
the help documentation?
