I'd blame the hardware. As a previous poster wrote, you could jam an old
nVidia 5200 card with 128 megs of vram for $10. Or get one donated. I
too work for a Non-Profit who pays for my hardware ...when they can. I'm
running an old 5500 and nothing major happening wrong with KDE4. If you
had a basis for feeling cheated, so would we all. But no one is
reporting that. We might get "chargined" when the software takes over
the idiot-in-the-chair's position and doing stuff unexpected. :) Ric
