Disabling touchpad tapping in 9.10

Yes (or at least somewhere in /etc/hal/fdi or /usr/share/hal/fdi - it 
wouldn't be 10_keymap).  Sorry I can't be more specific though - could have 
sworn I had an fdi specifically setup to do this, and can't find it.
