Disabling touchpad tapping in 9.10

Replying to self here:

I installed gsynaptics - and it works - but only per user and not globally :-(
So with 4 users I have to disable tapping on each account separately. Oh well, at least it gives 
them the option - which is what Linux is all about :-)

I haven't checked if it holds over a log-out/log-in......
