How to access jaunty eclipse project from karmic?

This is silly... I have an eclipse project that I was working on in jaunty.
Now, having "upgraded" to karmic, not only does it seem like all knowledge
of the state of the project is lost, but I can't even figure out how to get
to the project any more.
Naïvely, I thought that opening karmic eclipse would simply put me into the
jaunty project, or at least allow me to auto-import it. But I haven't been
able to figure out how to do anything at all.
Does anyone know of any documentation about how one is supposed to access a
jaunty eclipse project under karmic? Surely it can't be as hard as I'm
making it.

PS The irony here is that I only used eclipse for the project in jaunty
because kdevelop in jaunty wouldn't build even a simple project without
lots of patching.
