Ok, now you have anything that you will need to fix it.


blkid gave you the exact "real" IDs of your two swap aprtitions, 
dev/sda8 and /dev/sdb5.

Now note those IDs down and have a look at the respective entries within 
your fstab.

Adjust fstab according to blkid and you are done.
