Installing the PPA version of KDE 4.3.2

But there is a flip side to it also, say I had installed Kde 4.3 beta, 
regretted it and want to go back to Kde4.2.3, just removing the ppa 
repository, update and upgrade just won't do.

Is there a simpler way?

ps by the way it should be kde 4.2.3 not kde 4.3.2
