I sure do :-) In the kdevelop menu, you should see an option that says 
"kdevelop scripting language" choose that and  when you choose to create a 
project, it will let you choose to use PHP and I think some other languages.

I use PHP and mysql and have used some java. Only thing is I can't get the 
preview to work properly,  but that isn't a biggie for me since I preview my 
work in as many browsers as I can anyway.
