Install kde 4.2.3

Steven the Kubuntu site says:

"To install it add this line to your software sources.

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

Then refresh and do a full upgrade."

So you need to add the following line to your sources, which are kept in  
/etc/apt/sources.list.

There are many ways of doing this but kdesudo kate /etc/apt/sources.list
will work. Add the line "deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/ppa/ubuntu  
jaunty main" to the end of the file on its own line and save.

The run sudo apt-get update
then sudo apt-get upgrade
