Install kde 4.2.3

I went here:  http://www.kubuntu.org/, using both sudo apt-get install and 
kdesu apt-get install deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/ppa/ubuntu 
jaunty main, I got this:

steven at Yeshua:~$ sudo apt-get install deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-
ppa/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
[sudo] password for steven:

Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package deb
steven at Yeshua:~$ kdesu apt get install deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-
ppa/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
bash: kdesu: command not found
steven at Yeshua:~$

I have tried every way I can think of to Google a site to get kde 4.2.3, and 
have failed.  Where is it located?  Thanks!
