general advice for importing keys of trusted sources. if you go to the
page of the PPA you're using, in this case, it's
https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ppa
you'll notice a link "Follow these instructions for installing
packages from this PPA"
pointing to this site:
https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA#Adding%20a%20PPA%20to%20your%20Ubuntu%20repositories
read it, and you'll always know how to import the key of your PPAs :)
