Where is my xserver conf??!!

Looking for a way to configure my video chip in jaunty I found that: MY 
/etc/X11/xorg.conf FILE IS EMPTY!!! In hardy I use to change things in there 
to get a better video performance but now IT HAVE NOTHING (0B). Where did the 
configuration go? Where do I change the open radeon driver configuration?
