Temperature plasmoid?

After a recent update, my temperature plasmoid that monitors processor 
heat, left the desktop and moved to the menu panel.  When I right-click 
on the icon, it says System Monitor - Temperature Settings; below that 
it says "unlock wigets".  Nothing happens when I left-click on it.

I have removed and re-installed and it doesn't change.  Any ideas?
