Hello Lisi, Derek, Jonas and Everybody

Taking into account all your useful feedback of the past 24 hours, POP3 in
combination with KMAIIL and GMAIL sounds like a serious option for me.
However, one practical question remains in my case. Similar to your
approach, Lisi, I consider to you use POP3 for off-line storage of recent
mail, while maintaining everything in my GMAIL mailbox online.  But I would
like to do so BOTH at the laptop and the desktop. Could you recommend me
some suitable, practical and safe method to REGULARLY SYNCHRONISE the
e-mails, address books and all the other functionalities of Kontact (e.g.
agenda, etc.)?
