Most users in India will tell you that the ways things are over there,
that if you sent him free chips, the duty he'd have to pay is still
pretty steep. Just buying them outright is also pretty steep compared to
what we would pay over here. My guess is he's got what he's got and
that's all there it to it in the here and now. :) Ric
