Two commands to run from a command prompt:

cd /home/steven/Desktop

wget -c 
"http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/releases/jaunty/alpha-6/jaunty-desktop-i386.iso"

(goes all on one line)

and you should be in business.
