That is being disabled in Kubuntu 9.04. Apparently, this is to prevent
users from accidentally hitting the key combination. I have never
heard of this actually happening, though.

The user can modify xorg.conf to reenable the feature, however, it
enabling it requires an X restart so the user must know beforehand
that this is the case.
