Install *-dbg for all installed KDE packages

I don't believe there is a meta-package for installing all debug packages.
They are, however grouped together. kdepim-dbg is for kontact and other pim 
applications, kdebase-dbg is for base apps, like konqueror, kwrite, konsole, 
etc.

So you can install just what you need in a particular area. Some of these 
debug packages are quite large - kdepim-dbg is 119mb in size, and uses 330mb 
installed, for example.

I don't know any command line syntax to install multiple packages filtered by 
name.
