fish:// URL's not working in Konqueror and Dolphin (KDE 4.3Beta)

Folks,

I've run across an interesting FISH protocol issue with both Dolphin and
Konqueror in KDE 4.3Beta. The connection gets made, but then it gets
immediately torn down. A typical URL I'd use is as follows.

  fish://myserver.mydomain.com/

I thought this was rather odd, since I've been using FISH URL's for
years. I took a look at the SSH server's logs, and sure enough, the SSH
login is succeeding...followed by an immediate disconnect. This works
fine in KDE 3.5's Konqueror. It also worked when I was using KDE
4.2.x. Of course, I did try this to more than one server box with sshd
running on it. Same results.

Fortunately, there is a workaround. Replacing "fish://" with "sftp://"
makes things work.

The base OS is Kubuntu Jaunty with all updates applied.
