upgrade 8.04 -> 9.04+kde3: how?

Okular is not a port of KPDF, it is a completely new application. And
even in KDE 3, should the user remove the font end standalone
applications such as KPDF, he would still be able to embed PDF files
in Konqueror with the lib*s. (untested, of course).
