upgrade 8.04 -> 9.04+kde3: how?

I don't think "better" or "horrible" are good enough descriptions for a 
bug report / feature request. Can you describe what is missing? Maybe 
I'm not using that single feature X you need to make Konqueror 
acceptable for you, but I can't say the KDE4 version of Konqueror is 
horrible or unusable for me. Instead I do like the new feature of the 
file manager profile where you get the "+" or "-" sign when you move the 
mouse over a file / folder symbol.

If there are so many places you could just list some for a start. 
Without a list of individual missing features it just looks like whining 
which doesn't help anyone.
