Easy way to install e-Sword through wine

I am amazed you all have so much patience with me.  I always have trouble with 
.rar's.  I have it where I can use it, now, but do I need to remove the 
existing installation of e-Sword, and it is a Wine installation, so how do I 
remove it, if need be?  It is so very easy for me to be humble, I make easy 
mistakes look difficult.
