It says in the title:  Log Out of the Session
log Out
ends your session and logs you out.
Switch User
suspends your session

I didn't finish copying the words, but there was no choice for changing 
desktop.  When I tried to get the log out window again, it would not appear.  
Apparently it timed out, before.
